Fugro-Jason provides support for all of its products. If you have an issue that is not an emergency, please submit a:

• Jason Geoscience Workbench® (JGW) Software Support Request
• PowerLog Software Support Request
• FastTracker Support Request

This request is the fastest way to ensure that our support staff receives all the needed information to address your issue.

If you have an emergency, call the nearest office directly and ask for Support.

If you have a suggestion for an improvement to one of our products, please submit:

• JGW Software Change Request (SCRADD)
• PowerLog® Software Change Request
• FastTracker Software Change Request

Software Updates

To request an update to the latest version, please submit:

• JGW Software (Current version is 8.0)
• PowerLog Software Update Request (Current version 2.8)
• FastTracker Support Request (Current version is 2007B)
